Madhatters began in 2020, right in the middle of the COVID lockdown, when remote work made creativity feel both limitless and chaotic. What started as a tiny team connected through screens quickly became a shared belief: great ideas don’t need an office, just people mad enough to chase them.
From those early remote days, we grew fast. We built our identity while building brands, expanding our services, sharpening our craft, and moving to a physical workspace. The work got better, the energy got louder, and the momentum never slowed.
Our work started speaking louder than we ever could. Campaigns travelled further, results got sharper, and word-of-mouth carried us across borders. New clients came in from the UAE and beyond. Bigger brands trusted us with bigger stories, and Madhatters grew beyond our imagination, proving that good work is the best advertisement.
Now, we’re entering our next chapter: scaling intentionally, exploring new markets, investing in stronger talent, and elevating everything we create. The goal is to raise the bar for the industry.
