Capkon has built its name over 25+ years in Calicut, with 150+ completed projects, and is widely trusted for integrity, timely delivery, and quality. We rebuilt their site to reflect legacy, surface flagship developments, and guide buyers confidently from discovery to visit.
Groundwork
We mapped buyer intent around location, unit type, and readiness using Capkon’s blogs and project pages. Proof blocks, awards, testimonials, and RERA cues reduce friction and move users toward visits and booking calls.
Visual Language
We leaned on understated elegance: muted earthy tones, disciplined grids, clean lines, and generous white space. We used project image galleries with full bleed frames, subtle hover effects, and overlay captions. Every typography choice reinforces clarity and a premium feel.
Rollout
We built modular templates for Project, Amenities, Gallery, and Contact pages. Integrated maps and enquiry overlays. Optimised assets and applied lazy loading. Anchors let users jump between project sections. Performance tuned for smooth experience on mobile and desktop.
