In Short
They sell managed farmland and agro-investment projects near Bangalore. The website introduces SR Vaksana, shows amenities, plots, acquisition steps, testimonials, and contact paths. It aims to convert interest into site visits and bookings with clarity and trust.
Groundwork
We studied how urban investors pick farmland: land size, proximity, amenities. We dissected SR’s legacy (since ’60s), audited their content and messaging, and restructured the journey from “what it is” → “why it matters” → “how to own.” We prioritised maps, trust proofs, and process clarity.
Visual Language
Earthy greens, warm neutrals, and lush nature imagery dominate. Hero visuals show land plots and landscapes. Amenity icons and layout cards break content. Typography is clean and readable, grid blocks keep structure, and the style leans real, not glossy.
Rollout
We built modular sections for SR Vaksana, amenities, acquisition steps, plots, testimonials, and contact. Anchors link sections for quick scroll. Contact paths include phone, email, form. Assets were optimised, mobile-first logic applied, and CMS enabled for future updates.
