In Short
Established in 1995, Noel delivers premium apartments and villas across Kochi, Kottayam, and Thiruvalla. We rebuilt the site to surface projects, trust signals, and enquiries clearly, positioning them as Kerala’s dependable, design-forward developer.
Groundwork
We mapped buyer intent around location, unit type, and readiness. Audited content for Cloudwalk, Sentrum, Peace, and Feather, then prioritised proof: awards, certifications, testimonials, and corporate contacts. Navigation reorganised for quick paths to projects and visits.
Visual Language
A calm, premium visual system: clear grids, disciplined typography, and project tiles by city. Project pages emphasise amenities, maps, and availability, with consistent CTAs for site visits and calls. Mobile layouts keep decision data front and centre.
Rollout
Built modular sections for Projects, Services, Gallery, Blog, and Contact. Added anchors, WhatsApp prompts, and fast image formats. Structured internal links to ongoing projects and corporate spaces like Noel Focus. Performance tuned for quick scanning on mobile.
