Before We Met
The digital presence was weak, but the name ‘Landmark’ from Calicut had weight across Kerala. The challenge began right after the rebrand. Capkon had inherited a 25-year legacy but risked losing the recall that came with it. Our task was to prove the legacy was intact while taking the new identity three steps ahead of every competitor.
After We Met
We helped launch the 1000 Keys Promise campaign and built momentum around it with influencer collaborations, community-focused posts, CGI-driven project reveals and city-wide billboards. Reels stayed trendy, stories stayed local, and the brand’s 150+ projects got their spotlight online.
